feedback

Hi Micro
Thank you for your mail. I already checked the blog and I am very pleased. Great job you
are doing there.
Here a little about me:
My name is Marco Chilese, I am 36 years old. I live in Switzerland but I am Italian from my origin. I work as a
teacher for physical education
and I am on the way to become a church pastor and missionary. I started surfing only at the age of 22. At that time I
was totally into Snowboarding and Skateboarding. I worked as a Snowboard Instructor but since I did not like much
winter and cold weather I was totally stoked about surfing. From then on I went for surftrips every year to France,
Spain, Canary Islands and Costa Rica.I even was once in Samoa.
I loved surfing so much that I even became a surf instructor and worked in France for a while. I tried shortboarding
but didn't like it too much. Then I tried longboarding and I knew this is the way I want to surf. My future goal is to
live somewhere at the seaside and run a surfschool and a church for surfers and other crazy water people. I love Christ
Jesus and I love surfing and I love the ocean so the logic combination is to have a church at the seaside for surfers
and other water people. For me the ocean is a real passion and a love that I share with my wife Damaris. She grew up in
Peru and Costa Rica and she surfs as well.
In my surf biography I always had American made boards. Everything seemed to be American. I knew there must be also
something else than America. As I was looking for the Board of my dreams it was clear to me that I only wanted a board
made with soul and love and 100% hand made and please not American made. So I started to look in the Internet and after
many days and hours of searching I found your website and I immediately knew that this will be the place where my board
will come from. I love real work of art and what I could see on your homepage convinced me to have found the right
place. I was so excited about Roger's Boards. I never have seen such beautiful work of arts before. I am very thankful
that I found you and it is honour for me to have a Board shaped from Roger and his Team.
Regards
Marco, a landlocked but not less passionate surfer than all the more fortunate seaside people.
