Looks like a frame for a hollow wooden board.
maybe it is, maybe it isn't, just be patient
It looks like but is not, since it's drawn on a piece of foam not wood. Could be a chamered blank then but the foam left would be probably too thin ... Humm, maybe a flexy lightweight chambered stringer ?

Chambered stringerless foam for flexiness.. I like your train of thought there Pierre. We should have more mystery pics on the blog for speculations to add fuel to the fire for our (and others) R & D...
