Yesterday Kirsten, Nic, Roger and Ruakaka locals helped save a stranded Orca 'Killer Whale' on the beach outside the Powerstation, They are all over the front of the local newspaper 'The Northern Advocate' today, I will post pics from the event tomorrow, The image above is Nic having a fun little bodysurf after the Orca was safely returned back to it's pod, Micro*

a whale of a time

Surfing with the whales, is there no end to your talents. Gunna put that one on my bucket list.
